It does not cover the separate resident portal (see "Resident portal" below) or any third party's own website or practices.

We do not require you to create an account to use the public inquiry forms, and the public website does not store form submissions in a database or log the contents of your message on the site itself.

How your inquiry is delivered and retained

When you submit a form, your information is sent to us by email. We use a third-party email delivery service (currently Resend) to transmit these messages, and our website hosting and email providers process the technical information necessary to operate their services on our behalf. If direct email delivery is unavailable, the site will open your own email application with your inquiry pre-filled; in that case, the message is sent only if you send it yourself.

Once an inquiry reaches us, we may retain it in our email system so we can respond and maintain relevant correspondence. We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and then delete or archive it in the ordinary course.

Service providers

We share your information with service providers (such as our email delivery, email, and hosting providers) only as needed for them to perform services for us. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Resident portal

Our resident portal handles leases, payments, maintenance requests, and resident accounts. It has its own data-handling practices and is not governed by this policy, which addresses only the public website's inquiry forms.

You may contact us at the address below to ask what inquiry information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it, and we will honor reasonable requests consistent with our record-keeping needs.

Do Not Track and cross-site tracking

Our public website does not track visitors across third-party websites over time, and it does not respond differently to Do Not Track browser signals. We do not knowingly permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities across different websites when you use our site.

Children's privacy

Our website is directed to prospective and current tenants and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
